Mix these ingredients with one tablespoon of vegetable oil, one tablespoon minced fresh ginger root and one tablespoon of minced garlic. Purchase one pound of beef round steak, cut into strips and stir-fry with green peppers and onion strips. Peel and cut one carrot into strips and add to the beef, peppers and onion. Add eight ounces of fresh snow peas to the skillet with the beef. Whisk the soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine with the cornstarch and pour over the beef and vegetables.
